Phase 2 – Planning

Using the information gathered from phase one, it is time to put together a plan for your website. This is the point where a site map is developed.

The site map is a list of all main topic areas of the site, as well as sub-topics, if applicable. This serves as a guide as to what content will be on the site.

Phase 3 – Layout Design

3 Prototype Designs - This is typically a .jpg image of what the final design will look like. Often times you will be sent an email with the Mock ups for your website.

Look and Feel - In this the client will be asked few questions, such as color combination of the site, background to be used etc.

Can View Designs and Suggest - Allows you to view your project throughout the design and development stages. The most important reason for this is that it gives you the opportunity to express your likes and dislikes on the site design.

One way to bring repeat visitors to your site is to offer new content or products on a regular basis.

We offer maintenance packages based on how often you anticipate making changes or additions to your web site. CMS Integration - .NET or in Wordpress if required.

Stage 1: Upfront Payment

This payment (70%) need to be done before starting the job. It must be printed work order with company PAD.

Stage 2: Demonstration

This payment (20%) need to be done once the demo is released. Once it is approved its time to upload the site.

Stage 3: Final Milestone

This payment (10%) need to be done when we handover the project to the client. It will be the final payment. All dues need to be cleared by this milestone.
